clean room excellent breakfast
the rooms are spacious and clean. beds are comfortable. breakfast is excellent, with plenty of varieties. the swimming pool was great. i could walk to sanato beach to watch the sunset. grab service staff was excellent (they were always quick).

stained towels soft mattress
Multiple towels had stains, so i was disappointed with the upkeep. the bed was too soft. It seemed like the mattress was overly used. i suspect the breakfast fruits may have given me mild food poisoning.

unusable wifi outdated menu language barrier
The WiFi was largely unusable. I also found the menu in the Canalla restaurant outdated. Many items were unavailable. communication was sometimes challenging since some staff at the pool and outlets did not speak English.

friendly staff fresh food comfortable bed
i found the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the food was varied, and the breakfast offered a great selection of freshly made options (i especially enjoyed the noodle soup station). the rooms were large and well-kept, and the beds and pillows provided a comfortable night's sleep.
the hotel's location made it slightly difficult to walk to nearby attractions.

the swimming pool was spacious and clean, with a shallow area suitable for children. i noticed the pool bar was conveniently located nearby, nice for easy access to refreshments while enjoying the water.

this resort has a lovely pool area. it featured a swim up bar. staff at the restaurants are lovely. there are adequate pool beds available . i love the vibe of the place. i felt relaxed during my weekend.
